Our East Coast Healthcare client is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Support Level 2 professional with strong expertise in Nuvolo and ServiceNow. This role supports enterprise clinical, business, financial, and infrastructure applications, with a focus on Nuvolo Asset and Workplace Management solutions. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, system configuration, and continuous service improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role has an initial duration of 6 months & is 100% remote.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and implement Nuvolo modules (EAM, IWMS, Facilities, Space, Clinical Engineering) on the ServiceNow platform, including Asset Management and CMDB.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Perform system integrations, data migrations, and workflow automation.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, business rules, UI policies, and reports.
Provide Level 2 application support: troubleshoot, document, and resolve incidents and service requests while meeting SLAs.
Ensure system performance, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Create documentation and provide end-user training and ongoing support.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
Identify opportunities for continuous process and service improvement.
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Five (5) years of progressive experience in enterprise applications, systems support, or IT operations.
Strong understanding of business, clinical, financial, and infrastructure application workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, asset management systems, or CMDB preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving team environment.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
