Mission

We believe that strong sales execution relies on a combination of great messaging, strong negotiation skills, and rigorous preparation.

Your mission is to coach, equip, and empower our sales teams (SDR, Inside Sales, AE) to consistently deliver top-tier conversations and negotiations — and win more deals.

You will design and run onboarding programs, build the content foundation required for high performance, coach reps individually and in groups, and ensure they are confidently prepared before key customer interactions.

What you’ll own1. Onboarding & Ramp-Up

Design, deliver & continuously refine the onboarding journey for all new sales hires.
Ensure every new rep masters: pitch, qualification, demo flow, objections & negotiation.
Build structured ramp-up plans with clear milestones & certification steps.
Track progress, diagnose gaps, and ensure readiness before full activity.

2. Coaching & Commercial Excellence

Train sales teams on messaging, objection handling, ROI storytelling, and negotiation strategy.
Run regular coaching sessions (1:1 + group): call reviews, mock calls, live role plays.
Help reps prepare major meetings: discovery planning, deal strategy, stakeholder mapping.
Be recognized internally as a top commercial voice — trusted expert in deal handling.

3. Sales Content & Messaging

Build & maintain: → pitch frameworks → talk tracks → objection & competitor battle cards → negotiation playbooks
Ensure message consistency across markets, teams, and personas.
Partner with Product, Marketing & Ops to update messaging as market needs evolve.

4. Collaboration & Process Alignment

Partner with RevOps to ensure efficient CRM usage and adherence to sales process.
Standardize sales workflows across teams; ensure clarity & operational discipline.
Help Sales Leaders reinforce best practices through documentation + coaching.

Not owning tooling — but ensuring it is correctly used and embedded in daily execution.

Performance Insights
Diagnose skill gaps via call listening, pipeline data, and manager feedback.
Proactively recommend enablement initiatives to unlock performance.
Track enablement effectiveness: adoption, conversion impact, ramp time, etc.

Ideal CandidateExperience

4–8 years in Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or similar.
Strong background in sales execution (SDR/AE/Manager experience a strong plus).
Experience in high-growth environments (FinTech / SaaS / hospitality tech ideal).

Sales Excellence

Able to model what “great” looks like in a sales conversation.
Deep experience with negotiation, objection handling, and value-based selling.
Able to coach reps at every seniority level.

Enablement & Training

Experience building onboarding programs & structured training paths.
Skilled at converting theory → actionable talk tracks, templates, and role plays.
Strong ability to simplify complex messages and teach them effectively.

Analytical & Structured

Uses performance data to identify gaps & recommend improvements.
Familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce) and call-recording tools (Modjo, Gong…).
Process-oriented, able to scale knowledge delivery.

Communication & Influence

Strong storyteller: energetic, clear, convincing.

Able to influence without authority & create adoption around best practices.
