Job Specifications

As our Product/Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional online customer experience. You’ll support our diverse range of world-famous Goodwood events and 365 businesses, ensuring products are optimised for conversion.

Primarily working on our Goodwood.com website as a super-user, this exciting role acts as a key point of expertise for the different Marketing teams. From online product improvements to new product and go on sale launches, no two days are the same. You will also provide support to the Conversion & Trading Manager and collaborate closely with our Data and Digital experts, who champion a ‘customer-first’ approach and continuously strive to do things even better.

You will be joining the Campaign Team, which covers email marketing, customer journey and website conversion. We’re madly passionate about what we do and want to ensure our team love coming to work every day.

What do you need to be successful?

Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
Experience working in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
Previous experience in using Content Management Systems (CMS).
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering the best online customer experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
Able to travel to the Goodwood Estate on a daily basis.

This is a fixed term position to cover maternity leave with the potential to go permanent.
