Job Specifications

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to help build agile delivery capability from the ground up within a fast-paced, evolving technology environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in greenfield or early-stage set-ups and enjoys shaping teams, tooling, and ways of working rather than inheriting mature processes.

You will play a critical role in establishing and embedding best-practice delivery frameworks, and creating transparency and predictability through strong use of Azure DevOps. Experience within telecommunications or a related infrastructure environment is highly desirable.

This is working for a high profile client in Reading with hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office and an initial 6 month contract.

Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master in agile delivery environments.
Strong, hands-on experience using Azure DevOps to build and manage agile delivery workflows and reporting.
Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the confidence to adapt them pragmatically.
Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and delivery.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
