The Opportunity

Data is only as valuable as the insights we can extract from it. As a Senior Software Engineer on our Procedural Analytics team, you will be the architect of the user experience for our most critical operational tools. You won’t just be building dashboards; you’ll be designing the bridge between complex backend data engines and the actionable insights that drive our business forward.

What You’ll Do

Architect the Frontend: Lead the development of high-performance, responsive UI components using Angular (v8+). You’ll ensure our analytics tools remain snappy even when visualizing massive datasets.
Build Robust Services: Design and scale RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot, focusing on performance, security, and clean code.
Optimize Data Delivery: Write and refine complex SQL queries to ensure data is retrieved and processed efficiently from our relational databases.
Collaborate & Mentor: Work side-by-side with Product, UX, and Data Analytics teams to turn abstract requirements into technical reality. You'll also participate in deep-dive code reviews and architecture sessions.
Solve Complex Problems: Troubleshoot full-stack issues, from UI rendering bottlenecks to backend latency and database optimization.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 5+ years of professional full-stack development.
Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in Angular, including state management and component-based architecture.
Experience with cloud platforms specifically Azure
Backend Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
Database Expertise: You are "fluent" in SQL. You understand query optimization, indexing, and how to work with complex relational schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
Engineering Excellence: Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Communication: The ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, or Highcharts).
Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
