Executive Recruitment Researcher – Contract Opportunity

We are recruiting for an Executive Recruitment Researcher to join a high-profile public sector organisation on an interim contract.

Key Details:

Location: Stratford – hybrid working, with 50% office / 50% home over a 4‑week period
Contract: ASAP start – contract ends 15/06/2026
Rate: £175 PAYE / £237.45 Umbrella per day
Interview Process: One‑stage, face‑to‑face.

About the Role:

The Talent Acquisition Team require an Executive Researcher/Recruiter to join the team. You will support and drive hiring of the most inclusive and diverse leaders. Working closely with experienced Senior Executive Recruiters you will help identify and attract the best talent for a wide range of pivotal roles right across London.

This will include working closely with strategic workforce planning, talent management and executive leadership to gain an understanding of the business unit and long-term strategy, identifying critical roles and begin building end to end executive talent acquisition strategies to find top talent.

You will contribute to the market mapping and talent intelligence process for senior leadership levels across London, delivering successful recruitment activity to ensure we have the right talent, with the right skills, values, and behaviours, in an inclusive organisation where all talents can thrive, delivering our business plan.

You’ll directly wield candidate pipelines internal and external to provide a comprehensive view of talent using creative efforts and positioning as a career destination for each and every senior role.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

Essential:

Direct in‑house executive recruitment or executive research experience
Extensive experience of providing end‑to‑end research to experienced executive recruiters
Experience recruiting across complex business operations within a large matrix organisation
Proven success of executive‑level end‑to‑end recruitment processes and research techniques
Strong research background in sourcing, market mapping, talent profiling, and headhunting
Contribution to ambitious and future‑focused search strategies
Ability to closely monitor markets using research techniques
Strong Excel experience
Understanding of external developments and best practice in talent and resourcing
Comfortable presenting findings and insights
Experience using SuccessFactors, Taleo or other ATS
