Responsibilities

Creating and tracking purchase requisitions and ensuring accurate purchase order management
Coordinating invoice coding and processing to ensure timely vendor payments
Supporting quarterly forecasting efforts and monitoring budget changes in partnership with cross-functional teams
Developing and maintaining financial dashboards and reporting tools
Providing guidance and training to the Digital Advertising team on billing and budgeting processes

Requirements

3+ years of experience in billing, budgeting, or finance-related functions
Experience supporting digital advertising teams with an understanding of the media finance lifecycle
Working knowledge of financial processes, including forecasting, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships across cross-functional teams
