IDR is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Houston, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in processes and project execution methodologies. The position focuses on supporting initiatives within the Customer Success Organization, ensuring project success through requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Position Overview for the Senior Business Analyst:

Responsible for identifying and delivering solutions that meet both internal and external client needs within the energy sector.
Works within the Customer Success Organization, supporting projects related to energy products and services.
Facilitates requirements gathering, process mapping, and analysis to optimize business operations.
Collaborates with stakeholders across IT and business units to ensure project alignment and success.
Manages multiple tasks involving agile and waterfall methodologies with flexibility.

Requirements for the Senior Business Analyst:

Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
5+ years of experience analyzing and developing business processes, with participation in system improvement efforts.
5+ years' experience working in agile product teams or project-based teams.
Experience working with stakeholders who have competing priorities and gaining alignment to deliver value-add projects and features.
