Job Title: Senior Data Analyst
Location: Hybrid/London (~1 day per week)
Start Date: 21st January 2026
End Date: End of April 2026
Day Rate: £500-£550 per day (Inside IR35)
Overview:
SR2 are working with a leading organisation in the pharmaceutical sector undergoing a significant transformation. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can not only handle complex Excel-based analysis but also work consultatively with senior HR and Finance stakeholders — helping shape insight, clarify requirements, and support data-led decisions during a period of workforce change.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reporting tools
Clean, consolidate and validate workforce and financial data
Engage with HR, Finance, and programme leads to understand and refine requirements
Ensure compliance with data governance and confidentiality standards
Support analysis of role structures, headcount, and organisational designEssential Skills:

Advanced Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, conditional formulas, data validation)
Experience analysing HR and/or Finance data
Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative communication skills
Rigorous attention to detail and data validation
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
