Business Analyst

Location: Strasbourg

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead the analysis and specification of functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring a shared understanding across Agile teams and business stakeholders. You will play a central role in translating business needs into clear, testable specifications and supporting successful solution delivery and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, documentation, and refinement of functional and non-functional requirements
Ensure a common understanding of requirements across Agile delivery teams and stakeholders
Produce and maintain high-quality requirements, user stories, and supporting documentation
Manage requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
Support integration specifications in collaboration with technical teams
Work closely with solution architects and technical leads to align business needs with solution design
Model business processes and solution designs using agreed UML and modeling tools
Support training, user adoption, and change activities as required

Required Skills & Experience

6+ years of IT experience, including:
At least 3 years as a Business Analyst
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UML and modeling techniques
Strong proficiency in UML (use cases, sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.)
Proven experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions
Solid understanding of relational databases and data concepts
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
