NxtGener is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Partnerships & Business Development Executive/Intern (unpaid) to support our growth and expansion journey. In this role, you will work closely with our team to build meaningful partnerships with schools, universities, and corporate organizations across India and internationally, helping us create long-term collaborations that drive impact and growth.

You will work closely with the Business Development team, contributing to outreach, partnership development, presentations, and long-term collaboration opportunities that support the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential schools, universities, and corporate partners for strategic collaborations
Reach out to decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings
Present partnership proposals clearly and professionally to educational institutions and companies
Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospective partners and the leadership team
Support the business development team in expansion initiatives and market outreach
Prepare presentations, pitch decks, and partnership documents
Maintain detailed records of outreach, discussions, and partnership progress
Collaborate with internal teams to refine partnership strategies
Provide regular reports on leads, meetings, and partnership outcomes

Qualifications & Skills

Currently residing in the UK and India and available for remote, flexible work
Background in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Management, or related fields
Proven or demonstrated experience in partnerships, business development, sales, or client relations
Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Confidence in communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Comfortable using tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, PowerPoint/Canva
Experience with education or corporate partnerships is a strong advantage
