The Role: Fullstack BDR/SDR — Lead Generation Specialist

What You'll Do (and Learn)
As a Fullstack BDR/SDR, you’ll be the engine of our commercial growth. Your playground: identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified prospects. You'll act as a real Prospect Hunter — from first touch to handing off to Sales.
Prospecting Strategy – Identify and qualify top leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, events, and more
First Contact & Pitching – Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and spark their interest Collaboration with AEs – Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to convert leads into clients
Event Presence – Represent Ezus at trade shows, webinars, or networking meetups (1–2 per quarter)
Process Optimization – Test, analyze, and improve our prospecting tools and techniques

Internship compensation: €1000 fixed/month + uncapped variable bonus (on average €400–600/month after 2 months — top performers reach up to 2.5x the fixed salary)
