Job Specifications

Our partner’s Product Development team is expanding its GenAI organization and building out an Agentic team to support new AI-driven integrations across their platform. This group will focus on enabling intelligent workflows and interactions across widely used enterprise tools. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on contributor responsible for building agentic integrations that connect internal capabilities with external platforms. This is a huge opportunity for someone who enjoys working on emerging AI initiatives and contributing directly to high-visibility projects at the center of their GenAI strategy.

This is a hybrid opportunity out of Alpharetta, GA. The onsite requirement is 2 days/week.

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of professional software development experience building, deploying, and supporting backend or integration-focused services in a fast-paced, production environment.
Extensive Node.js development experience, using Node as a primary language to build backend services and integration layers that support agentic workflows and external platform integrations.
Python development experience supporting backend services, AI-enabled workflows, or integration logic within a distributed platform environment.
Hands-on experience designing and consuming APIs, including RESTful integrations, to enable communication between Marketplace services and third-party platforms such as Slack and Google.
Experience working with Salesforce, particularly in environments where Salesforce is used as the system of record or integration backbone for external tools (i.e., Slack).
Experience supporting AI-enabled or GenAI-driven systems, including familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or MCP-style architectures used to enable structured, secure AI integrations.

PREFERRED SKILLSET:

Exposure to agentic systems or agent-based workflows.
Experience integrating with Google platforms or APIs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, build, and support backend services and integrations for the platform that enable agentic, AI-driven workflows across external platforms such as Slack and Google.
Develop and maintain Node.js and Python based services used to support API integrations, agent execution, and AI-enabled workflows across the platform.
Build and integrate APIs that enable secure, reliable communication between platform services, Salesforce-backed systems, and third-party platforms.
Support GenAI initiatives by enabling agentic integrations that allow AI systems to interact with external tools in a controlled, scalable manner using MCP-based or similar protocols.
Collaborate closely with engineers across the GenAI, APIC Agentic, and Marketplace product development teams to rapidly prototype and deliver production-ready solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale integration workflows to ensure performance, reliability, and stability in a high-throughput production environment.
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction, helping shape how agentic and GenAI capabilities are introduced and expanded across the platform.
