Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Java-based applications for market connectivity and eTrading platforms
Work on low-latency, high-throughput systems connecting to external venues, exchanges, and brokers
Collaborate closely with trading, infrastructure, and product teams to deliver robust connectivity solutions
Enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability
Troubleshoot production issues and participate in system improvements
Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and best practices

Key Skills

7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development within financial services
Minimum 5 years of experience working on eTrading systems
At least 3 years of experience in Market Connectivity (exchange connectivity, FIX, gateways, adapters, etc.)
Strong understanding of electronic trading workflows and market microstructure
Experience building low-latency, high-availability systems
Solid experience in Linux/Unix environments
