Job Specifications

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to drive strategic business and technology initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role may be filled by either a delivery-focused TPM or a senior Scrum Master with strong execution ownership. The successful candidate will manage the full delivery lifecycle while enabling Agile best practices and predictable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Project Leadership

Own end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, including planning, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies
Drive on-time, high-quality execution aligned to business goals and the technical roadmap

Agile & Scrum Execution

Serve as Scrum Master and/or Agile delivery lead for one or more teams
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Drive Agile maturity using Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, with a focus on continuous improvement

Technical & Cross-Functional Leadership

Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and Business teams to translate requirements into executable plans
Remove blockers, manage tradeoffs, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders

Risk, Metrics & Communication

Identify and resolve risks and impediments; analyze delivery metrics to improve predictability
Provide clear status updates, manage expectations, and communicate progress to technical and business stakeholders

Core Competencies

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile frameworks
Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems
Ownership mindset with a bias toward action
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Customer- and outcome-focused approach

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or hybrid role
Hands-on experience working with Agile delivery teams
Experience supporting software, cloud, SaaS, mobile, or digital platforms
Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred

Scrum or Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
Project management certification (PMP or equivalent)
Experience with Jira and Clarity or other PPM tools
