Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner – London Market Placement

6‑Month Contract | Outside IR35 | £550/day

Hybrid – 2 days/week in London (ad hoc 3–4 days depending on project needs)

We’re partnering with a major London Market organisation undergoing a critical Placement transformation programme, and we’re looking for two highly experienced Business Analysts / Product Owners who can hit the ground running and take true ownership of feature delivery from end‑to‑end.

This is a fast‑paced, product‑led environment — ideal for a senior BA/PO who thrives in intensity, brings deep London Market expertise, and can confidently shape, define, and drive outcomes.

The Programme

You’ll join an advanced London Market Placement Project that’s already in flight. The work includes:

Building out placement workflows, then progressing into contract build and binding line configurations
Integrating the placement solution into Workspace
Supporting integration into Salesforce
Contributing to the build of a Broker Workbench using Artificial Labs
Owning features from discovery through to delivery in a product‑led structure

You will be joining at a phase where momentum is high and expectations are even higher — so experience, pace, and clarity of thinking are essential.

Essential Experience

We are looking for subject-matter experts, not juniors. Must‑haves include:

Highly experienced BA or BA/PO hybrid

Confident in shaping, owning, and delivering product features end‑to‑end.

Digital workbench or market placement platform experience

You’ve worked on digital workflow, underwriting workbench, or placement tooling programmes.

Exceptional London Market expertise

Not 1–2 years — we need a genuine SME with deep understanding of placement, broking, workflows, and contract processes.

Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑moving delivery environment

We will be assessing your pace, resilience, and clarity in stakeholder communication.

Outstanding communication & stakeholder management

You’ll be interfacing across broking, underwriting, product, and technical teams.

Desirable Skills

(Not essential but advantageous)

Salesforce knowledge
Experience with Artificial Labs
Background in both business and technical integration environments

There is scope for one of the two hires to lean towards:

Salesforce/Artificial Labs integration, or
Pure business‑side London Market placement
