Job Specifications

Job Title: DevSecOps & Cloud Security

Location: Leeds, UK - Onsite

Duration: 6 Months

Employment Type: Inside IR35

Roles & Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Assess and design secure Private Cloud platforms (VMware, containers, Kubernetes)
Define and implement cloud security architectures across GCP and multi-cloud environments
Embed security into DevSecOps pipelines and SDLC
Perform security reviews, threat modeling, and risk assessments
Implement and manage SAST/DAST and cloud security tooling
Collaborate with platform, engineering, and delivery teams
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices

Required Skills

Experience with Private Cloud (VMware, Containers, Kubernetes)
Hands-on DevSecOps experience
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (K8s) security
Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD tooling such as Harness and GitHub
Knowledge of SAST/DAST tools and secure SDLC practices
Experience securing GCP and multi-cloud platforms

Nice to Have

Exposure to AWS and Azure security
Knowledge of container security and policy-as-code
Relevant security or cloud certifications
