We’re looking for a skilled Fire and Security Service Engineer to join our expanding team.

If you're experienced in maintaining, servicing, and fault-finding fire alarms, intruder systems, CCTV, or access control solutions, this is your opportunity to join a company that values quality, reliability, and your technical expertise.

About the Role:

As a Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for the routine maintenance, reactive service calls, fault diagnosis, and small work installations of fire and security systems across commercial, residential, and industrial sites. You’ll ensure all work is compliant and completed efficiently with minimal disruption to the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Service and maintain fire detection, intruder alarms, CCTV, access control systems and tecs

- Diagnose and repair faults on-site efficiently and effectively

- Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

- Complete accurate job sheets and reports

- Liaise with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction

- Participate in on-call rota and emergency response support

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in servicing a range of fire and security systems

- Familiarity with systems from leading manufacturers for intruder and fire systems

- Good understanding of relevant British Standards and industry best practices

- Excellent fault-finding skills and attention to detail

- Full UK driving licence

- ECS/CSCS card (preferred)

- Level 3 BS5839-1 and manufacturer training certifications (a plus)
