Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments and enjoys being a trusted partner to senior stakeholders?

We are supporting a leading Investment Banking Division in Paris, looking for a professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to a busy team of bankers. This role is ideal for someone who combines precision, discretion, and proactivity and who feels comfortable managing complex schedules and priorities.

What you’ll be doing

Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external clients, locally and internationally
Owning complex diary management, acting as a gatekeeper, and proactively resolving clashes
Coordinating internal and external meetings, including video and conference calls
Managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, ground transport) in line with firm policies
Processing expenses accurately and on time using internal systems (e.g., Concur)
Maintaining CRM systems and supporting client relationship management
Supporting event coordination (closings, team events, client meetings)
Providing buddy-team coverage for other assistants during absences
Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects as required

What we’re looking for

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant in a corporate or financial services environment
Ability to operate calmly and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing setting
Fluent English and French (spoken and written) – mandatory
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise
Discreet and professional approach, with high standards of confidentiality
Solid experience with Outlook, Microsoft Office, and online expense tools
Experience with CRM systems, travel booking tools, and virtual meeting platforms
Previous exposure to Investment Banking / M&A environments is a strong plus
