**Job Title:** Hotel Inspector **Role Summary:** Conduct undercover visits to restaurants and hotels to evaluate customer experience and operational compliance, documenting findings in detailed reports for client use. **Expectations:** - Perform anonymous on-site audits, acting as a typical customer. - Deliver comprehensive, objective evaluations and submit reports within agreed deadlines. - Maintain confidentiality, adhere to assignment guidelines, and exhibit professionalism. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit assigned establishments while keeping identity hidden. - Assess customer service quality, cleanliness, ambiance, food presentation, taste, staff behavior, and knowledge. - Verify compliance with brand standards, operational protocols, and regulatory requirements. - Record observations accurately using prescribed templates or tools. - Compile and submit detailed audit reports per project specifications. - Follow confidential handling of audit data and sensitive information. - Manage travel and scheduling to meet local assignment requirements. **Required Skills:** - Strong observational acuity and objective assessment capability. - Excellent written communication and report‑writing skills. - High attention to detail and consistency in documentation. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. - Proficiency with smartphones or cameras for real‑time documentation. - Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and operations (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). - No mandatory certifications; industry‑related certifications or experience in hospitality or auditing are advantageous.
