Tech Lead/Architect - BMC Helix (Telecom)
Our client, a leading global consultancy, is looking for an experienced Tech Lead/Architect to lead the design and delivery of BMC Helix ITSM & ITOM solutions for major Telecoms clients.
This is a 6-month contract role with a high likelihood of extension.The Role

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of BMC Helix solutions
Own ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Discovery
Define and govern CMDB architecture, service modelling, reconciliation, and data quality
Design integrations with OSS/BSS systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Maximise OOTB Helix, introducing customisation only where necessary
Set technical standards and ensure solution quality, performance, and scalability
Support SIT, UAT, and Production issue resolution
Work closely with architects, BAs, and senior stakeholders
Operate within an Agile/Scrum environment
Must Have - Skills & Experience

10+ years IT experience within the Telecoms domain
5+ years hands-on experience with BMC Helix/BMC Remedy ITSM
Proven BMC Helix Technical Lead/Solution Architect experience (Tier 1/2 telecom preferred)
Strong experience with CMDB architecture and service modelling
Hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Integration Service)
Experience with Helix Innovation Studio and codeless development
Strong understanding of BMC AR System architecture and workflow
Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and APIs
Hands-on experience with cloud-based BMC Helix (AWS/Azure
Strong understanding of SaaS security and governance
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
