**Job title**: Senior IAM Engineer
**Role Summary**: Design, implement, and operate end‑to‑end Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions across global sites. Lead architecture integration with Workday, Omada, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and ServiceNow, while establishing scalable governance and compliance frameworks in regulated environments.
**Expectations**: 7+ years in enterprise IAM, proven architecture and hands‑on delivery experience, strong scripting and API integration skills, and ability to work collaboratively with HR, IT, Security, and business stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Own the full IAM lifecycle (joiner/mover/leaver) for employees and contractors.
- Manage access provisioning for email, phone, physical assets, Microsoft 365 licensing, and application systems.
- Execute IAM processes across multiple regions, reduce backlog, and improve service quality.
- Design and enhance IAM architecture, including Workday and Omada integrations with downstream systems.
- Ensure automated, auditable provisioning and deprovisioning, meeting regulatory requirements.
- Build IAM operating model: processes, SOPs, role‑based access models, governance, and access policies.
- Serve as operational extension of IAM leadership, translating strategy into execution.
- Manage IAM requests and incidents using ServiceNow; improve metrics, SLAs, and request fulfillment.
- Provide escalation support, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for IAM issues.
- Maintain audit trail, traceability, and compliance with GxP and other regulatory standards.
- Support audit and compliance requests related to identity and access.
**Required Skills**
- Enterprise IAM architecture and integration expertise (Workday, Omada, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365).
- End‑to‑end IAM lifecycle management (joiner/mover/leaver).
- ServiceNow IAM request and incident management.
- Scripting: PowerShell, API usage, connectors.
- Experience in immature or building‑phase IAM environments.
- Knowledge of GxP and regulated compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- IAM‑related certifications preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar).
