Technical Program Manager

We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager to help scale a well-funded, fast-growing AI software company that’s transforming how large commercial insurers make underwriting and portfolio decisions.

Their platform brings together data from hundreds of sources and applies advanced machine learning to help insurers operate smarter, faster, and more sustainably.

They are production-grade B2B SaaS platform already trusted by major insurance carriers, with $180 million in funding (Series A, B, C and D) and already have 7 digit reoccurring revenue.

What you’ll do:

Lead complex, post-sales B2B SaaS implementations (~12 weeks)
Work directly with customers and cross-functional engineering teams
Own delivery, coordination, and technical execution end-to-end
Make meaningful decisions that impact customer success and product adoption

What we’re looking for:

5+ years in TPM, Solutions, Implementation, or Delivery roles
Experience leading multi-team B2B SaaS / Paas implementations
Strong SQL + coding ability (any language; JS a plus)
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

Location: The role is fully remote with occasional team onsite

Salary: up to £130k (depending on the experience) + benefits
