Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong experience in enterprise Salesforce implementations, integrations, and Azure DevOps. The role is hands-on development only (no team lead or architect responsibilities) and involves working in environments with government/public sector security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and configure solutions on Salesforce (Apex, LWC, configuration).
Perform Salesforce administration as needed (users, security, settings).
Use SFDX and CI/CD for development and deployments.
Implement and support SUMO Scheduler in Salesforce.
Build and support Mobile App Scanner functionality with Salesforce.
Work on integrations, data migration, and custom extensions for CRM/ERP projects.
Support data migration and cloud integration tasks.
Use Azure DevOps for repos, pipelines, and work tracking.
Help with code build and deployment using VSTS/Azure DevOps and Life Cycle Services.
Use SQL, Power BI, C#, .NET for integrations and reporting support.
Collaborate with teams using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (exposure only required).
Follow government/public sector security and compliance standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Qualifications & Experience

8+ years hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise implementation and administration.
Strong experience with SFDX and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
Experience with SUMO Scheduler in Salesforce.
Experience with Mobile App Scanner integration with Salesforce.
At least two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations (integration, data conversion, or custom development).
Exposure to data migration and/or cloud integration projects.
Good understanding of LCS (Life Cycle Services).
Experience with:
SQL
Power BI
C# and .NET framework
Experience with code build and deployment via Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS/Azure DevOps) and Life Cycle Services.
Azure DevOps experience and best practices (repos, pipelines, boards).
Exposure to MS Dynamics 365 (plus, not required).
Understanding of government/public sector security and compliance requirements.
