About Our Client

Our client is an international company active in a dynamic and fast‑growing sector. To support their global expansion, they are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Assistant who will contribute to the establishment and maintenance of legal entities worldwide. The role is based in Zaventem and offers the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment. The office is easily accessible by bus.

Job Description

As a Paralegal / Legal Assistant your responsibilities are:

Support administration of the company entities in multiple international locations.
Coordinate preparation and authentication of corporate documents.
Manage requests related to KYC compliance, including collecting, checking, and updating necessary information and records.
Draft corporate documents, facilitate signature process, and maintain relevant governance files.
Act as internal and external point of contact (with legal advisers, notarial offices, etc.)
Organise and maintain structured legal and administrative archives.
Participate in reviewing and optimising internal procedures to improve efficiency.
Provide general assistance to the legal team, contributing to various administrative and legal‑related activities when needed.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Paralegal Assistant Should Have

Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or any related field.
A first experience as legal administrative assistant or paralegal in an international organisation.
Excellent level of English
Organised, proactive and solution oriented.
Detail oriented and discretion.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced international setting.
