Job Specifications

IntePros is seeking a Workday Test Analyst to join our global biopharmaceutical client. This person is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing activities across Workday systems, including test script development, test data creation, and end-to-end test management. The analyst will partner closely with Workday Configuration and Systems & Data Compliance teams to ensure purge logic, breadcrumb data retention, and interface updates are thoroughly validated and meet performance, reliability, scalability, and security standards.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and procedures for Workday integrations and purge functionality
Build and manage test data within Workday HCM to support functional and compliance-driven testing
Own all phases of testing, including planning, execution, documentation, defect tracking, and resolution support
Validate purge logic and breadcrumb data retention processes within Workday
Perform testing focused on system performance, reliability, scalability, security, and usability
Track, document, and report test progress, results, and risks
Collaborate with configuration and compliance partners to ensure testing aligns with audit and regulatory requirements
Execute routine testing activities under guidance and escalate issues as appropriate
Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates to project leads and management

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including test data creation
Knowledge of Workday purge processes preferred
Strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail
Compliance-focused mindset with a commitment to data integrity
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
