Interim Finance Manager | Real Estate | 5- 6 month contract, ASAP start | £80-85k

A growing and high performing real estate investor and developer are looking to hire an Interim Commercial Finance Manager to support them over the next 5- 6months. The role will be varied supporting across both financial reporting and analysis

Key responsibilities:

Prepare quarterly operational and financial reports for assets including variance analysis
Support the Statutory Accounts process
Prepare regular performance analysis including robust variance analysis against budget and forecast, with supporting narratives
Monitor cashflows and business plan forecasts
Ad-hoc analysis, financial modelling and scenario analysis as required.
Work closely with the Investment Managers to provide financial insight into the impact of various scenarios on business plans.

Key Skills:

Fully qualified Accountant with 3+ years post qualified
Both reporting and analytical skills
Prior property experience highly desirable
