The role:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join Remobi as we continue to build our sales team, servicing enterprises across Europe and beyond.

We are looking for someone that shares our passion for helping clients.

As with all our teams, this is a remote or hybrid role (London Office). We will provide you with all the essential support and tools to not only build a team, but your own remote community.

Key Responsibilities:

Business development activities across Europe offering Remobi service offerings to prospective clients
Multi-channel outbound across your given geography – UK or Mainland Europe
Creating industry specific campaigns to offer Remobi services
Work closely alongside Solution Delivery and Recruitment to create team and product proposals for ~Remobi clients
Contribute to business development strategy ideas and provide market insights to leadership across given regions
Utilising data insights to strategically target prospective client partners

Account Servicing & Relationship Management:

Serve as the main point of contact for major account clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment.
Work closed with our Talent teams, ensuring the right talent is assigned and SLAs are met.
Partner with Account Managers to forecast hiring needs and establish robust talent pipelines.
Work with Community Managers to ensure seamless onboarding and retention of top talent.
Champion a solutions-oriented culture, identifying and resolving issues proactively.

Your background:

12+ months experience in a Sales or Commercial environment
Experience in the Technology markets is highly advantageous – Data + AI, Software Development, Cloud and DevOps
Ability to work in a fast paced scale up environment
You have your own initiative and are not afraid to think outside the box
The maturity to work in an output based environment
Excellent communication skills
A passion for technology and participating in wider community discussion - desirable
