Direct experience employed as a programmer developing and maintaining computersoftware

applications and programs using Web languages, tools and technologies, including: Java 11 & 21, Spring/ Spring Boot 2.6 and 3, SpringJDBC HTML, CSS3, SASS, Angular, PWAs, JPA, JavaScript / TypeScript, REST APIs and distributed architecture patterns.

Useful skills and technologies for maintenance of older applications: Java 8, Struts (1 & 2),

Hibernate 3 / JPA, jQuery, jQuery DataTables 1.8-1.12, Subversion, Ant

Experience with Figma MaterialDesign to Angularcode conversion a plus.
Direct participation as a principalweb developer on projects buildingor maintaining mission- critical applications for medium to large size private or public organizations (i.e 1,000 or more employees).
Experience with Informix databases, Postgres Database, SQL databases, other relational databases, Business Intelligence tools and applications, development for mobiledevices, and/or other emerging technologies.
Training and experience with development methodsand approaches to application security.
Training and development using the new Vibe Codingrapid development methodology..
Direct experience as a web developer on systems operational within the criminaljustice field (e.g. Courts, Public Safety, Local Law Enforcement, Corrections, Parole Boards, Criminal Justice Commissions, etc.)
Certificationsand qualifications in the computerscience field.
