Job Title – Program Manager (IAM & Cyber Security)

Location – Onsite 4 days a week in Smyrna, GA

Role Type – Contract, 1 year

Must Have Skills:

Experience working within a structured PMO and strong understanding of PMO frameworks
Proven project management experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, especially on smaller teams

Responsibilities and Job Details:

Oversee and manage large-scale IAM and cybersecurity projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines
Operate within an established PMO framework, following structured methodologies and reporting standards
Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and executive leadership
Drive project milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of IAM initiatives
Collaborate with engineering and security teams to define scope, timelines, and resource needs
Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and deliverables
Track dependencies across multiple concurrent projects and manage any conflicts or overlaps
Proactively identify issues and implement risk mitigation strategies
Create detailed documentation, including project plans, status reports, and presentations
Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to provide updates and ensure transparency
Foster a collaborative environment and ensure all project team members are aligned on goals and responsibilities
Leverage cybersecurity and IAM domain knowledge to influence decisions and optimize solutions
