Requirements

• Qualified Canadian Forces Operator with 10+ years of Air Force Pilot experience

• Experience with Canadian Defence courseware programs

• Should be eligible to obtain security clearance with access to NATO secret documents and must adhere to ITAR requirements

• Pilot Instructor experience

• CFITES knowledge

• Hands-on courseware development experience

• Technical aptitude

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and collaborative skills

• Leadership

• Change management

• Risk analysis

• Project reporting

• Collaborative team player

• Can work with cross-functional teams and remote teams

• Curriculum design and/or management experience an asset

• Learning Science and/or Instructional design experience an asset

• Bilingual an asset
