Position Summary

PREA required. The Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the CHS IT Department, responsible for managing critical business processes, supporting end-users, ensuring high-quality application performance, and delivering effective IT training. The primary function of this role is to lead and manage the Call Down List Submission Process, acting as the central IT point-of-contact for all related operational, troubleshooting, and data integrity needs.

The Business Analyst will serve as a key member of the CHS IT Department, responsible for managing critical business processes, supporting end-users, ensuring high-quality application performance, and delivering effective IT training. The primary function of this role is to lead and manage the Call Down List Submission Process, acting as the central IT point-of-contact for all related operational, troubleshooting, and data integrity needs.

Primary Function:

Call Down List Submission Process Lead

Serve as the IT owner and primary contact for the Call Down List Submission Process.
Receive, review, validate, and troubleshoot all Call Down List submissions.
Ensure timely and accurate import of Call Down Lists into IT systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders across CHS to resolve submission issues and maintain data quality.
Monitor workflow, maintain documentation, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Provide insight, reporting, and updates to IT leadership regarding Call Down submission activity and trends.

Secondary Responsibilities

New Employee IT Training

Deliver onboarding training for new employees on all CHS IT applications.
Maintain and update training materials, job aids, and documentation.
Provide ongoing coaching for staff requiring refresher or advanced IT training.

Front-End User IT Support

Provide application support to CHS front-end users, addressing usability questions, access needs, and workflow issues.
Assist with troubleshooting application errors and escalating issues when necessary.
Support system enhancements by gathering user feedback and communicating changes.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Perform QA testing on applications, enhancements, and development items.
Validate the accuracy, functionality, and performance of reports and system updates.
Document issues, track resolutions, and collaborate with developers and project teams to ensure quality deployment.
Participate in regression testing.
