Title: Talent Systems Support Specialist

Duration: 4 months

Responsibilities

Support the creation, organization, and maintenance of training materials for SuccessFactors modules
Assist with system testing, including test case execution and documentation of issues
Support testing activities for the new employee filing/document management system
Assist with document migration from legacy filing systems to the new platform
Provide configuration support under guidance from internal system owners

Requirements

1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems or HR operations
Experience with SuccessFactors strongly preferred
Familiarity with employee data management and HR compliance concepts
Strong written communication skills for documentation and training materials
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
