RVA’s Water discipline is looking for a student to join their team for a 4-, 6-, 8- or 12-month co-op position. The position will start from May 2026.
Duties
Review of work and preparation of daily/weekly reports.
Coordination of quality assurance checks.
Work with a multi-disciplinary team to address and resolve problems arising during construction.
Monitoring of work and review of contractor payments.
Handling of submittals and tracking deadlines.
Other duties as appropriate for this position.
Qualifications
Must be currently enrolled as a third- or fourth-year engineer student at an accredited college or university.
Demonstrates superior communication skills, both oral and written.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have a valid G Class Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.
Must be comfortable with construction site work.
Compensation Range
The salary range for this position is: $25-$30/hour
Compensation for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business needs.
