Senior Program Manager – M&A

We are hiring a Senior Program Manager with significant M&A experience to lead enterprise-level integrations and separations. This leader will drive execution across acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions, ensuring alignment between business strategy, operational execution, and technology enablement.

This role requires a disciplined operator who can navigate complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results from diligence through full integration.

Core Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end integration or separation programs tied to M&A transactions
Convert deal objectives and synergy targets into structured roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Partner with Corporate Development and functional leaders (Finance, HR, Legal, IT, Operations) to define scope and execution plans
Oversee due diligence assessments across operational and technology domains
Establish governance, reporting structures, and decision-making forums
Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and critical milestones
Align business and technology workstreams, including system migrations, ERP consolidation, and data integration
Drive process standardization and operating model alignment across organizations
Provide clear executive-level reporting on progress, risks, financial impact, and value realization
Support change adoption and ensure successful transition to the future-state environment

Qualifications

10+ years of program leadership experience; 5+ years focused on M&A integration or enterprise transformation
Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional initiatives across business and IT
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data environments, and governance structures
Experience with ERP implementations, platform migrations, and organizational redesign
Exceptional communication and executive stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities
