Our client is currently recruiting a Retail Supply Chain Director based in London with a salary circa £100k. This role operates on a hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working from home.

We are seeking a senior, commercially minded supply chain leader to take full ownership of theend to end retail supply chain strategy. You will join a fast growing beauty / FMCG business where supply chain plays a critical role in driving performance and growth. The successful candidate will bring deep end to end supply chain experience within beauty or FMCG. You will have a strong understanding of retail requirements and compliance across key global markets.

A commercially astute mindset is essential, with the ability to balance cost, margin, service levels and growth. Proven experience working with China based manufacturers is required. You will demonstrate strong supplier management across production, quality control and international logistics. Experience supporting retail expansion across multiple international markets is highly desirable. Mandarin language skills would be a significant advantage, although they are not essential, given all suppliers are based in China. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who sees supply chain as a commercial growth driver rather than purely an operational function.
