Role: Procurement Manager (Hard / Soft FM)

Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Rate: £550 - £600 per day (Inside IR35)

Are you an experienced Procurement professional looking for a role where you can make a real impact? We're recruiting a Procurement Manager to lead sourcing activity within the FM category, drive value, and support the delivery of a group-wide procurement strategy across key corporate spend areas.

What you’ll be doing

Deliver strategic spend management plans across Corporate categories including Facilities and Venue / Events
Lead sourcing strategies, supplier selection, contract negotiation and supplier management across your portfolio.
Identify opportunities to reduce cost, generate revenue, and improve operational performance.
Build strong and influential relationships with senior stakeholders, bringing market insight and commercial challenge.
Conduct spend analysis and data-led decision making to support strategy and value delivery.
Champion procurement policy, governance and compliance across the organisation.

What we’re looking for

Strong experience in end‑to‑end Procurement and category management within Hard & Soft FM
Proven background in developing and delivering procurement strategies for budgets over £2m+
Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing suppliers through MI, KPIs and structured SRM.
Strong ability to review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Detail‑oriented, resilient, commercially curious and comfortable working at pace.
High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and challenge at senior levels.
