Are you an experienced procurement professional with a background in hospitality FF&E and OS&E? A fast-growing, high-end hospitality group in Central London are looking for a Category Manager to support a busy refurbishment and concept projects pipeline.

You’ll be right in the thick of it – managing suppliers, tracking lead times, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring everything from furniture to back-of-house equipment arrives on time, on budget, and on brand. Expect to collaborate with internal teams across Operations, F&B, Brand, and Project Management – as well as external designers and suppliers – to deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Bring

Proven track record in hospitality procurement
Strong project management skills specifically in refurbishments
Strong supplier management, negotiation, and category strategy skills
Ability to work fast, independently, and manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent interpersonal skills – confident influencing senior stakeholders.
