£450 - £550 We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Implementation Consultant with deep Defined Benefit (DB) technical knowledge, strong pensions calculations expertise, and hands-on experience with SQL/Python. This role is ideal for someone who has led end-to-end pensions data migrations and enjoys driving technical accuracy, quality and best-practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead complex end-to-end DB pension implementation and data migration projects.
Review changes in pension legislation or technical guidance and assess project impacts.
Conduct, verify and explain manual and system-based DB pension calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Gather, interpret and translate client requirements into robust technical/system solutions.
Key Skills & Experiences
Extensive technical knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) pension schemes and UK pensions legislation.
Strong pensions calculation experience
Proven experience managing full-cycle pensions data migrations and implementations.
Advanced MS Excel skills (complex formulas, analysis and modelling).
Ability to interpret detailed scheme rules and translate them into configuration logic.
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data interrogation, transformations and solution build.
