Ignite are delighted to be working with a rapidly scaling D2C subscription brand. The business is scaling FAST and they’re looking for a new Head of Growth to own their paid advertising strategy, with a particular focus on Meta ads. They’re looking to hire a driven, ambitious and personable individual who ideally will progress into a Growth Director role within 12/18 months.

What skills do you need to have to be considered?

A minimum of 5 years Performance/Growth Marketing experience for a D2C subscription brand.

Proven experience with Meta ads and other paid channels (Google & TikTok)

Proven experience managing paid media budgets of £200k+ per month

Experience working for a start-up would be preferable

In return for everything you can bring, the business can offer you :

Basic salary from £75k - £90k, depending upon experience.

26 days holiday + bank holidays

Learning & Development budget

EMI Shares / Equity

Flexible working (3 days a week in South West London)
