Role Name: Performance Test Lead

Location: 4 Days onsite - Toronto

Contract: Long Term

Required Experience:

• 12+ years in IT and Financial Services with a strong focus on Performance Engineering and Testing.

• 10+ years designing and implementing Performance Test Strategies for enterprise applications.

• Hands-on experience with LoadRunner and JMeter for frontend, backend, and interface performance testing.

• Expertise in measuring performance of data exchange and replication interfaces between heterogeneous systems (e.g., DB2 and Oracle) including:

o Validating data transfer latency, throughput, and consistency.

o Designing tests for ETL processes, replication jobs, and batch data movement.

o Monitoring network and middleware performance during data exchange.

• Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Application performance tuning and Mainframe (JCL, COBOL) batch optimization.

• Proficiency in SQL performance tuning for DB2 and Oracle databases.

• Provide recommendations for tuning system components for better throughput and response times.

• Leverage experience in Banking/Finance systems and General Ledger (GL) processes to ensure performance testing aligns with business-critical operations.
