About The Opportunity

A growing software company with operations across Canada is looking for a Director, Professional Services to lead their PS pyramid management group. This is a mid-sized company that specializes in providing SaaS-based software solutions to a wide-spread, global client-base. Although this company offers a competitive compensation package, they are rather known for their innovative software solutions and business growth. While this software company is 100% remote-friendly, only candidates residing within Ontario will be considered.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following:

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software/Computer Engineering or equivalent
4+ years of leadership experience in a PS capacity; ideally within a software/SaaS environment and ideally leading a globally-dispersed team
8+ years of professional services experience overseeing and executing client-focused, technical projects, ideally within a software or telecom capacity
Strong experience with and propensity for Agile project management, and familiarity with tools and programs such as MS Project, Office 365, Salesforce, etc.
Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership acumen; strong ability to effectively lead teams remotely

About the Job

Salary range for this role is commensurate of experience, ranging from $140,000 to $160,000, and is in addition to a generous bonus strcture and competitive perks and benefits package.
