Interim Business Analyst -

Duration: 5 months

Start ASAP

Onsite: Tyne & Wear

£350-550 per day (outside IR35)

We are supporting a client seeking additional business analyst expertise to bolster their resource as the business enters a key phase of a large technology & operational transformation. This part of the transformation focuses on transformation delivery across customer technology & operations.

Key Responsibilities For The Business Analyst Are

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.
Support multiple programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic & transformation objectives.
Conduct tech & operational process mapping to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Document workflows and propose solutions to optimise processes.
Assist in the development of business cases and project plans.
Facilitate workshops and communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.

The client is seeking someone who has experience working across multiple tech & ops workflows (ideally Customer contact) and can adapt to a rapidly changing environment. If you are interested and happy to be onsite regualry (3days+), please apply to the link
