Meraki Talent is working with a Financial Services firm based in London is seeking an articulate and highly organised Team PA to provide proactive support to a busy team, on a 12month contract.

This is a fast-paced, demanding role requiring exceptional diary management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while handling last-minute changes.

This role is based in the office 5 days per week.

Team Assistant Responsibilities

Comprehensive diary management for a team of senior stakeholders, including scheduling across time zones
Coordination of complex international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transport and detailed itineraries
Managing visa applications and ensuring all travel documentation is accurate and up to date
Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Handling frequent last-minute changes with efficiency and discretion
Expense management and reconciliation using Concur
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required

Personal Specification

Proven experience working as a Team PA /Team Assistant (must have supported multiples more than 7)
Ideally with 3-5 years experience working in a similar role.
Must have experience working in Financial Services
Strong experience supporting a busy team with heavy diary and travel management
Demonstrated experience arranging international travel and visa applications
Confident user of Concur
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
Professional, discreet, and comfortable working in a fast-paced investment environment
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
