Currently we are seeking a “University Recruiter” for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation.
Role: University Recruiter
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Duration: 6 Plus Months
100% onsite at the Santa Clara, CA office.
* Initial Assignment Length: 6 months with possibility of extension depending on performance and business need
Duties:
Support full-cycle recruiting activities for intern and early-career roles, including candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer support
Partner closely with recruiters to manage candidate pipelines, communications, and interview workflows across multiple roles
Act as a day-to-day contact for interns and candidates; escalate issues as needed
Partner with HR Ops on onboarding and program-related logistics
Maintain accurate data in the ATS; assist with basic reporting or audits
Assist with execution of the internship program, including logistics, coordination, and intern communications
Skills:
~1 year of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting ops, HR, or program support
Exposure to university or early-career recruiting is a plus
Strong organization and follow-through
Clear written and verbal communication
Comfort with ATS tools and Google Workspace
Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive information
Flexible, hands-on mindset; comfortable supporting changing priorities
AA or BA required
