Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities

Deploy, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift (OCP) clusters across on-prem and hybrid cloud environments
Implement and manage OpenShift Virtualization (OCP-V) using KubeVirt
Design and support VM-to-container migration strategies
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible and Ansible Tower/AWX
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) playbooks for repeatable and scalable deployments
Manage CI/CD integration with OpenShift
Ensure platform security, RBAC, network policies, and compliance
Monitor cluster health, performance, and resource optimization
Troubleshoot complex container and virtualization issues
Collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, and Application teams

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift (OCP 4.x)
Proven experience with KubeVirt and OpenShift Virtualization (OCP-V)
Expertise in Ansible for automation and orchestration
Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture
Experience with container runtimes (CRI-O, Docker)
Knowledge of networking concepts (SDN, OVN-Kubernetes, Load Balancers)
Experience with Linux (RHEL preferred)
Familiarity with storage integrations (Ceph, ODF, NFS, SAN)
Understanding of virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
