Job Specifications

Daily rate: up to £700; the role is expected to be inside IR35

Location: Hybrid/2 days/w onsite in Woking

Duration: 3 months rolling

The role:

Own hands-on development and configuration within Amazon Connect
Build, refine, and optimize contact flows, routing logic, and system integrations
Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda with TypeScript or JavaScript
Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CDK

Required Skills & Experience

Two to three years of Experience working with Amazon Connect on complex projects
Strong hands-on development Experience with AWS Lambda (TypeScript/JavaScript)
Proficiency with Terraform or AWS CDK for infrastructure automation
Good understanding of AWS services such as DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and API Gateway
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Clear and confident communication skills with technical teams
