The Role

We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Solution Architect to design and deliver a modern cloud contact centre platform as part of a major customer engagement transformation.

You will define the target architecture, lead key design decisions, and ensure scalable and secure CCaaS capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end CCaaS architecture using Amazon Connect
Define IVR and call routing logic aligned with Salesforce
Produce the target state architecture (BYOT likely)
Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimisation
Collaborate with DevOps on deployment and automation
Guide and upskill internal teams

Key Requirements

Strong hands-on Amazon Connect experience
Experience with Lex, Lambda, S3, Kinesis, AWS CLI
Proven Salesforce integration experience
Experience with Contact Lens / speech analytics
Strong stakeholder communication skills
