Job Specifications

Role Title: CMDB & Integration Specialist (ServiceNow)

Target Locations: Montreal (Primary) - 3 days a week oniste - local candidates only

Project Context: The team's roadmap includes integrating IoT devices into the CMDB this year.

Technical Requirements (Must-Haves):

CMDB Knowledge: Deep understanding of Common Service Data Provider (CSDM) frameworks, CI classes, and relationship mapping.
Service Graph Connectors: This is a critical requirement for the upcoming global rollout of Armis for IoT discovery.
Integration Hub & ETL: Proven ability to build and manage complex integrations. The candidate must be proficient in handling data from external sources, specifically Snowflake and Flexera.
