Role: Digital Properties Coordinator

Type: 6 month contract

Location: Hybrid 2x/week in Toronto, Burlington, Mississauga, or Guelph, ON

Rate: $17.60-$18/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Digital Properties Delivery Coordinator to join a leading Canadian multi-line insurance and financial services organization. This role works in assisting the Digital Properties Delivery Pod team with the execution of building/creating and launching digital solutions across multiple platforms to support the digital initiatives for the organization and its products (Home, Auto, RV, Water, Wealth, etc.) and its sub-brands (CUMIS, Sovereign, etc.). In addition, the Coordinator will help to implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience across the brand’s digital properties by working cross-functionally with various partners/stakeholders such as UX, Technology, Marketing, Product, Legal & Compliance, and others within the larger Digital team, to assist with the build and delivery of standard and bespoke solutions in order to drive business outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

2+ years of experience in Digital, Marketing/MarTech or project management
Relevant experience in CRM, Salesforce, or CMS platforms
Jira & Confluence experience
Excellent communication and problem solving skills and go-getter attitude

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Experience in financial services, or insurance
